Find Beautiful Filipino Women for Marriage in the Philippines
There’s a sign on one of the main roads leading into the city of Olongapo in the Philippines. It reads (and you can look at the image to verify what I’m saying) “Home of the most beautiful women in the world”. Filipino women, obviously. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but residents of Olongapo are pretty sure of themselves.
Filipino Women in the Philippines
I’m specifying “in the Philippines” because you can find Filipino women in many places outside the country. You have no way of knowing if they were born and raised in the Philippines or where they now live. At least, not without getting to know them. There’s a slim chance that any Filipino woman you may meet in the Philippines wasn’t born in the Philippines.
The reason I emphasize “in the Philippines” is because Filipino women who’ve never left the country aren’t tainted by non-Filipino values. Well, most of them. Some of the city girls want to follow the customs of other places.
A Filipino woman is called a “Filipina”, the feminine version of “Filipino”. She’s also called a “pinay”, which is a colloquial version of the word (for men, it’s “pinoy”).
So how do you hook up with Filipino women in the Philippines? By visiting the Philippines, of course. Traveling back and forth to the Philippines can get really expensive really fast. If you can meet them online before traveling, you stand a better chance of meeting someone who’s compatible.
Firsthand, I can tell you there are millions of Filipino women on Facebook. If you become a Facebook friend of one, you can become a Facebook friend of hundreds.
Exploring the Philippines
There are beautiful Filipino women on all the islands and in every city. Safety is a concern, so you should stick to the places considered safe to all travelers.
If it’s a wife you’re after, you should make at least one trip to meet your prospective partner. When it comes to photos and videos, looks can be deceiving. You’ll also get a chance to meet her family and family is very important to Filipino women.
I suggest you take a look at the The Family Code of the Philippines. Regardless of any international agreements, you should avoid sexual relationships with anyone under the age of 18. Non-sexual relationships with Filipino women at the age of 17 should be okay.
That law says a Filipina cannot get married under the age of 18. It also says a Filipina between the ages of 18 and 21 must have parental (or guardian) consent. I always wondered why there’s so many young couples living together out-of-wedlock (and usually with one or more children). Well, that law is the reason.
That law also says a Filipina between the ages of 21 and 25 must have an affidavit of parental advice if she wants to get married right away. Without it, she has to wait for three months after the issuance of a marriage license.
Marriage and Immigration
You can get married in the Philippines and petition her as a spouse or you can petition her as a fiancée. Both immigration statuses are non-quota, so paperwork processing time is all you’ll have to wait for.
Getting married in the Philippines requires a trip to the United States Embassy in Manila. It’s done by appointment, so it’s easy to over stay your visa while waiting for the date to arrive. Luckily, most immigration offices can give you an extension.
Do you need more information?
Go ahead and ask. I haven’t developed the mental capacity to read minds yet.
While I’ve touched on a few basics, there’s a lot more to learn. Most men learn the things they need to know a piece at a time and sometimes that knowledge comes too late in the game.
